水利工程建设是经济发展的基础性设施建设,其建设情况事关国家和人民的长远利益;中小河流的治理工作是一项长期的工程,需要地方各个部门的全力配合。而作为利国利民的水利工程建设,要加强监理工作,因为监理工作是保障工程的顺利实施和工程建成投入使用后效能的充分发挥。文章结合作者工作实际,对南水河(龙归镇段)治理工程的基本概况、项目的具体情况、监理的目的、监理的组织机构等进行分析,在此基础上详细分析了南水河(龙归镇段)治理工程监理过程,希望分析研究能给同类项目提供一些参考。

The construction of water conservancy project is the basic facilities construction for economic development. Its construction is related to the long-term interests of the country and the people. The management of small and medium rivers is a long-term project,which requires the full cooperation of various local departments. As the construction of water conservancy projects that benefit the country and the people,supervision should be strengthened,because the supervision work is to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the full display of the efficiency after the project is completed and put into use. Combined with the author’s work practice,the basic situation,the specific situation of the project,the purpose of supervision and the organization of supervision of the Longgui Town Section of Nanshui River Regulation Project are analyzed in this paper. On this basis,the supervision process of Longgui Town Section of Nanshui River regulation project is analyzed in detail,hoping that the analysis and research can provide some references for the similar projects.
