基于CFD的黄河灌区泵站前池流场特性数值分析 被引量:1

Numerical Analysis of Flow Field Characteristics in the Forebay of Pumping Station in the Yellow River Irrigation District Based on CFD

摘要 黄河灌区泵站前池流场不良是导致前池泥沙淤积严重、泵站运行效率严重下降的直接原因。为研究黄河灌区泵站前池流场特性,文章选取某大型黄河灌区泵站前池作为典型研究对象,基于计算流体力学(CFD),采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型耦合Mixture模型对典型泵站前池水沙两相流的流场特性进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,泵站前池水流的平面和立面扩散效果差,两侧非对称旋涡回流区范围约占前池容积的1/3,回流区影响范围水体流速在0.15 m/s以下,前池扩散角和斜坡段纵波设计不合理是不良流场产生的主要原因,不良流场严重制约了泵站性能的发挥。研究成果可为优化改善黄河灌区泵站前池流场特性、提升泵站运行效率和安全性提供科学支撑。 The poor flow field in the forebay of the pumping station in the Yellow River Irrigation District are the direct reasons of the serious siltation and the serious decline of the operation efficiency of the pumping station. In order to study the flow field characteristics in the forebay of pumping station in the Yellow River Irrigation District,a large pumping station forebay was selected as a typical research object. Based on computational fluid dynamics( CFD),the Realizable k-ε Turbulence Model coupled with the Mixture Model was used to simulate the flow field characteristics of watersand two-phase flow in a typical pump station. The results show that the horizontal and vertical diffusion of the flow in the forebay of pumping station is poor. The asymmetric vortex reflux area on both sides accounts for about 1/3 of the forebay volume. The water velocity in the reflux area is less than 0.15 m/s. The unreasonable designs of the forebay diffusion angle and longitudinal grade of the slope section are the main reasons for the bad flow field. The Poor flow field seriously restricts the performance of the pumping station. The research results can provide scientific support for optimizing and improving the flow field characteristics of the forebay of the pumping station in the Yellow River Irrigation District and improving the operation efficiency and safety of the pumping station.
