摘要
纺锤体组装检验点蛋白在卵母细胞减数分裂中发挥着重要作用。它可以看作是一个高保真的监控染色体准确分离的系统,延缓分裂中期向后期的转变,直到所有的染色体准确排列到赤道板上。而在纺锤体组装检验点研究中,最重要的是各个纺锤体检验点蛋白对减数分裂的调控机制。如果纺锤体检验点蛋白异常或发生突变,可能会产生染色体数目或形态不正常的细胞。本文对参与减数分裂过程中重要的纺锤体检验点蛋白的定位及功能进行综述。
Spindle assembly checkpoint proteins play an important role in meiosis of oocytes.It is a highly fidelity system for monitoring the accurate separation of chromosome.It can delay the transition from metaphase to anaphase until chromosomes are accurately arranged on the equatorial plate.In the research of spindle assembly checkpoint,the most important is that spindle assembly checkpoint protein′s influence on meiosis.If the spindle assembly checkpoint protein is abnormal or mutated,it may produce cells with abnormal chromosome number or morphology.This article reviews the location and function of some spindle assembly checkpoint proteins in meiosis.
