艾灸联合自拟痛经贴对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of moxibustion combined with self-made dysmenorrhea patch on pain degree and sleep quality of patients with cold-coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea

目的探讨艾灸联合自拟痛经贴对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月在徐州市中医院接受治疗的120例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者进行常规药物治疗,观察组使用艾灸联合自拟痛经贴进行治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、临床症状及睡眠质量。结果治疗后,两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的痛经持续时间评分、严重程度评分低于治疗前,且观察组患者的痛经持续时间评分、严重程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于治疗前,且观察组患者的PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将艾灸联合自拟痛经贴应用于寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的临床治疗中能够有效缩短症状持续时间,降低严重程度,有利于减少疼痛与提高睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with self-made dysmenorrhea patch on pain degree and sleep quality in the clinical treatment of patients with cold-coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 120 patients with cold-coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea who were treated in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medications,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with self-made dysmenorrhea patch.The pain degree,clinical symptoms and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea duration score and severity score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the dysmenorrhea duration score and severity score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion combined with self-made dysmenorrhea patch in the clinical treatment of patients with cold-coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea can effectively shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce the severity,and help reduce pain and improve sleep quality.
