汽车电器盒用耐候PBT/PC合金的开发及应用 被引量:4

Development and Application of Weather-resistant PBT/PC Alloy for Automobile Electrical Box

摘要 新能源汽车电器盒不仅要求材料具有一定的韧性和刚性,还需要其能达到较高的阻燃性以及密封防水和耐老化性能。为解决此类电气件产品对材料的要求,开发了汽车电器盒用耐候聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚碳酸酯(PC)合金材料。介绍了材料开发思路及改性制备方案,探究了PBT/PC配比,增韧剂含量以及抗UV剂类型、含量对PBT/PC合金材料性能的影响。当PBT/PC质量比为3∶2,MBS增韧剂含量为7%时,材料阻燃性能达到UL94 V-0等级,并能满足材料的韧性和刚性要求,综合性能好。当添加0.1%抗氧化剂、0.2%羟苯基苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂、0.2%苯亚甲基丙二酸酯型紫外吸收剂时,注塑产品的防水等级能达到IP 67,灰度为3~4,色差ΔE为2.3。该材料及注塑产品均通过了全面的实验验证,并已成功应用于新能源汽车电控单元中。 New energy vehicle electrical box not only required materials to have a certain toughness and rigidity,but also needed to achieve high flame retardant,sealing,waterproof and anti-aging resistance.In order to meet the requirements of such electrical products,weather resistant polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)/polycarbonate(PC)alloy material for automotive electrical box had been developed.The development and preparation scheme of material were introduced,and the effects of the ratio of PBT/PC,the content of toughening agent and the type and content of anti-UV agent on the properties of PBT/PC alloy were investigated.The material could reach the V-0 grade by the UL94 test with good overall performance when the ratio of PBT/PC is 3∶2 and the content of MBS toughening agent is 7%,which can meet the toughness and rigidity requirements of the material.When 0.1%antioxidant,0.2%hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole UV absorber,0.2%benzylmalonate UV absorber are added into the material,the waterproof grade of injection molded products can reach IP 67.In addition,the gray scale and the color differenceΔE are 3~4 and 2.3,respectively.The material and injection molded products have passed comprehensive experimental verification which have been successfully applied to the electronic control unit of new energy vehicles.
