摘要
通过优化热固性塑料反应注塑成型工艺参数,提高制品成型质量。以继电器壳架反应注塑成型为例,利用Solidworks构建三维模型并运用Moldflow软件对反应注塑成型过程进行数值仿真;运用中心复合试验设计探索模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、保压压力、保压时间等工艺参数与最大翘曲变形量间的定量规律并建立二阶多项式模型响应曲面,据此获得最优反应注塑成型工艺参数。通过Moldflow仿真获得优化后的最大翘曲变形量下降了23.1%,验证了所提方法的有效性。
By optimizing the process parameters of reactive injection molding,the molding quality of thermosetting plastics was improved.Taking the relay shell frame as an example,the three-dimensional model was built by SolidWorks,the reaction injection molding process was simulated by Moldflow and the relationship between the maximum warpage and the process parameters,such as,mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,holding pressure and holding pressure time was explored by central composite experiment design.The second-order polynomial model fitted with simulation data was used to optimize the injection molding process parameters under the constraint of minimum warpage.As a result,the maximum warpage is reduced by 23.1%,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
