在线颜色测试表征PVC压延物料的塑化程度 被引量:1

摘要 聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延的塑化质量直接关系到制品的性能,采用在线颜色测试技术研究了本色PVC压延过程中的颜色变化规律,提出以实时色差ΔE_(ij)为指标表征PVC塑化程度的方法,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和力学性能方法得出ΔE_(ij)与塑化程度的关系,进一步添加不同的颜色的颜料并使用力学性能法验证ΔE_(ij)与塑化程度的关系。结果表明,采用在线颜色测试技术以ΔE_(ij)为指标得出本色PVC在压延3 min左右,颜色波动小且趋于稳定,通过SEM和力学性能测试得出压延3 min时,物料致密、强度最大以及韧性最好,故PVC在压延3 min左右达到塑化程度最佳,使用ΔE_(ij)表征PVC压延塑化程度具有合理性;添加不同颜料的PVC在压延过程中颜色变化差异较大,但均在ΔE_(ij)波动小趋于稳定(2 min左右)时,塑化程度最佳,说明ΔE_(ij)表征PVC压延塑化程度是完全可行的。 The plasticizing quality of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)calendering was directly related to the performance of products.In this paper,on-line color testing technology was used to study the color change law of natural PVC during calendering,and a method was put forward to characterize the plasticization degree of PVC with real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)as an index.The relationship between real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)and plasticization degree was obtained by combining scanning electron microscope(SEM)and mechanical properties method.Pigments of different colors were further added,and the relationship between real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)and plasticization degree was verified by mechanical properties method.The results show that the color fluctuation of natural PVC is small and tends to be stable after rolling for 3 min by using online color testing technology with real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)as an index.SEM and mechanical properties method show that the material is dense,with the highest strength and the best toughness when rolling for 3 min,so PVC could reach the best plasticization degree after rolling for 3 min.It is reasonable to use real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)to characterize the plasticization degree of PVC after rolling.The PVC with different pigments has great differences in color change during calendering,but the plasticization degree is best when the fluctuation of real-time color differenceΔE_(ij)is small and tends to be stable(about 2 min),which shows that it is completely feasible to characterize the plasticization degree of PVC calendering by real-time color differenceΔE_(ij).
