大熊猫所在地域和测定时间点对其血压的影响

The influence of regionalism and time point on the giant panda's blood pressure

摘要 试验探究大熊猫所在地域和血压测定时间点对其血压和脉搏的影响。以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地外展的11只大熊猫为研究对象,通过行为训练的方式测定其在清醒状态下的收缩压、舒张压和脉搏,并按地域性和时间点分组进行分析。结果显示,大熊猫所在的地域和血压测定时间点与其收缩压、舒张压无互作效应(P>0.05),但共同影响大熊猫脉搏次数(P<0.01)。地域显著影响大熊猫的收缩压(P<0.01)、舒张压(P<0.01)和脉搏(P<0.01);血压测定的时间点显著影响大熊猫的脉搏(P<0.01),但不影响其收缩压、舒张压(P>0.05)。同一地域不同测定时间点显著影响大熊猫脉搏(P<0.01),但不影响其收缩压、舒张压(P>0.05)。试验表明,大熊猫所处地域会影响其血压和脉搏,测定时间点不会影响其血压。推荐在每天的13:00~13:30和17:00~17:30测定大熊猫血压值和脉搏。 The study explored the influence of regionalism which the giant panda lived and time point that measured blood pressure on giant panda's blood pressure and pulse.11 lending giant pandas belonged with the Chengdu research base of giant panda breeding were measured blood pressure and pulse by training and were analyzed by grouping regionalismand time point.The results showed that the regionalism and time point had no interaction with systolic pressure and diastolic pressure(P>0.05),but affected pulse together(P<0.01).Regionalism had a significant impact on systolic pressure(P<0.01),diastolic pressure(P<0.01)and pulse(P<0.01)of giant panda,and time point affect the pulse(P<0.01),but did not affect systolic pressure and diastolic pressure(P>0.05).The time point at the same regionalism had a significant impact on pulse of giant panda(P<0.01),but did not affect systolic pressure and diastolic pressure(P>0.05).The results indicate that the regionalism which the giant panda lived affected giant panda's blood pressure and pulse,but the time point that measured blood pressure did not affected giant panda's blood pressure.However,when we combined blood pressure with the pulse,it is recommended to measure the blood pressure and pulse of the giant panda at 13:00~13:30 and 17:00~17:30 every day.
