摘要
试验以赤苍藤、甘草、姜黄、薏仁4味中药作为防治家禽痛风病的组方,使用植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌等12株益生菌对中药进行耐受性试验、降解尿酸、嘌呤核苷能力的测试。通过对12株益生菌的筛选,获得植物乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌与酿酒酵母4株菌株,经过发酵、喷雾干燥工艺,制备中药发酵粉末制剂。该粉末制剂在采用小鼠模拟降解高血尿酸试验中,其降解血尿酸能力达74.07%;在雏鹅预防痛风试验中,发病率为5%,死亡率为0,低于对照组28.00%的发病率和53.57%的死亡率;在肉鸡治疗痛风试验中,治愈率达82.00%,死亡率为0。研究表明,研发的中药发酵制剂能够有效防治家禽的痛风病。
In the test,four Chinese medicines,red vine,licorice,turmeric and coix seed,were used as prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of poultry gout,and 12 probiotics such as Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus acidophilus,and Lactobacillus rhamnosus were used to test the tolerance of Chinese medicines,the ability to degrade uric acid and purine nucleosides.Through the screening of 12 strains of probiotics,four strains of Lactobacillus plantarum,Lactobacillus acidophilus,Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were obtained.After fermentation and spray drying process,the fermentation powder preparation of traditional Chinese medicine was prepared.In the test of using mice to simulate the degradation of hyperuric acid,the powder preparation had an ability to degrade blood uric acid up to 74.07%.In the gout prevention test of goslings,the morbidity rate was 5%and the mortality rate was 0,which were lower than the morbidity rate 28.00%and mortality rate 53.57%of the control group.In the broiler treatment test for gout,the cure rate was 82.00%,and the mortality rate was 0.The study indicates that the fermented traditional Chinese medicine preparations developed can effectively prevent and treat poultry gout.
