红松多糖的提取工艺及生物活性研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction Technology and Biological Activity of Polysaccharide from Pinus koraiensis

红松系松科松属植物,其各生长部位均有药用价值。多糖是红松的主要生物活性物质之一,国内外研究者对红松多糖的生物活性展开研究,已证实红松多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抑菌等药理活性。根据现有红松多糖的研究成果,综述分析了红松多糖的提取工艺和生物活性,比较各提取方法的利弊,旨在为红松资源的合理开发运用提供参考。

Pinus koraiensis is a plant of the Pinus in Pinaceae.Each growing part has its medicinal value.Polysaccharide is one of the main bioactive ingredients of P.koraiensis.Researchers at home and abroad have explored the biological activities of P.koraiensis polysaccharide,and have confirmed that P.koraien‐sis polysaccharide has pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,lipid-lowering and antibacterial activities.According to the existing research results on P.koraiensis polysaccharides,the extraction technology and biological activity of P.koraiensis polysaccharides were reviewed and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various extraction methods were compared to provide reference for the rational development and application of P.koraiensis resources.
