山西省岚县沙棘资源现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Hippophae rhamnoides Resource Situation in Lanxian,Shanxi Province

通过资料查阅、实地调查、采集标本、测定分析等方式对岚县沙棘资源的分布情况、生长现状、种质状况、果实品质及利用情况进行了全面系统调查分析。调查结果表明,天然沙棘主要分布在界河口镇野鸡山、王狮乡羊脑山、河口乡第七沟、社科乡北崔山,共计约13887 hm^(2),人工栽培沙棘林约7369 hm^(2);试材测定分析得出:单果重依次是中蒙杂雌1号>岚2号>岚3号>岚4号>岚1号;可溶性固形物含量依次是岚2号>岚3号>岚4号>岚1号>中蒙杂雌1号;4个本土类型沙棘果比较得出,岚1号单株间单果重变幅最小为0.075~0.142 g,岚3号单株间单果重变幅最大为0.043~0.262 g,岚1号可溶性固形物含量单株间变幅最小为15.3%~18.1%,岚3号可溶性固形物含量单株间变幅最大为13.9%~23.7%。经分析研究初步推测岚3号可能存在较大变异,最有可能筛选出优良品系。最后针对岚县沙棘资源现状,从改造天然沙棘林、加强资源管理、加快科研开发、提升产品质量和种类等方面提出建议。

The distribution,growth status,germplasm status,fruit quality and utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides resources in Lanxian were comprehensively and systematically investigated by means of literatures,field investigation,specimen collection,determination and analysis.The results showed that natural H.rhamnoides forests were distributed in Yejishan Jiehekou Town,Yangnaoshan Wangshi Town,Diqigou Hekou Town and Beicuishan Sheke Town.The natural and artificial cultivated H.rhamnoides forests were about 13887 hm^(2)and 7369 hm^(2),respectively.Sample determination results showed that the weight of individual fruit was ranked as Zhongmengzaci1>Lan 2>Lan3>Lan 4>Lan 1,whereas the soluble solid content was in order of Lan 2>Lan 3>Lan 4>Lan 1>Zhongmengzaci1.Among four kinds of native H.rhamnoides,the smallest variation range of single fruit weight per plant individual was 0.075-0.142 g of Lan 1,and Lan 3 had the largest variation with a range of 0.043-0.262 g.Lan 1 showed the minimum variation range with 15.3%-18.1%for the soluble solid content,while the maximum variation range,13.9%-23.7%,was observed in Lan 3.The analysis results inferred that remarkable variation occurred in Lan 3,and which is a potential excellent clone by analysis.In the end,suggestions about transforming natural H.rhamnoides forest,strengthening resource management,accelerating scientific research and development,improving product quality and variety,etc.,was given according the current situation of H.rhamnoides resources in Lanxian.
