清热利湿膏治疗湿热体质型高尿酸血症患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Qingre Lishi Soft Extract in the Treatment of Hyperuricemia Patients with Damp-heat Constitution

【目的】观察清热利湿膏治疗湿热体质型高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效及对血尿酸水平的影响。【方法】将70例湿热体质型高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组给予清热利湿膏口服治疗,对照组给予碳酸氢钠片口服治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后中医体质转化分和血尿酸水平的变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组为71.43%(25/35),治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的血尿酸水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组对血尿酸水平的降低作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的中医体质转化分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组对中医体质转化分的降低作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗过程中,2组患者均未出现明显的不良反应,且患者的血、尿、大便常规和肝肾功能等安全性指标均无明显异常。【结论】清热利湿膏治疗湿热体质型高尿酸血症患者疗效确切,不良反应少,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Lishi Soft Extract,a Chinese patent medicine with the actions of clearing heat and draining dampness in the treatment of hyperuricemia with damp-heat constitution and to observe its effect on blood uric acid level.Methods Seventy hyperuricemia patients with dampheat constitution were randomized into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral use of Qingre Lishi Soft Extract,and the control group was given oral use of Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets,the course of treatment lasting 4 weeks.The changes of TCM constitution conversion scores and blood uric acid level in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%(33/35),and that in the the control group was 71.43%(25/35).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the blood uric acid level in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering the blood uric acid level in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the scores of TCM constitution conversion in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on decreasing the scores of TCM constitution conversion in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions occurring in the two groups,and there were no significant abnormalities occurring in the safety indexes of routine test for blood,urine and stool,as well as the liver and kidney function.Conclusion Qingre Lishi Soft Extract is effective and safe in treating hyperuricemia patients with damp-heat constitution,with less adverse reactions.
