大型异步电机通风散热优化设计

摘要 随着电机制造技术的不断发展,电机的结构越来越复杂,并且不断向着大型化方向发展。由于电机的体型越来越大,电机内部单位体积的发热量随之增加,因此对电机通风散热的要求不断提高。大型异步电机对通风散热的高要求决定了其在应用与设计过程中要对通风散热进行优化设计。但是,从现有的异步电机优化设计来看,由于异步电机通风散热的方式可以相互借鉴,因此一些小型企业在研发大型异步电动机的过程中并不注重对通风散热进行优化设计,导致大型异步电动机在通风散热方面存在不完善之处。这不仅制约着异步电动机工作效率的提升,也难以践行绿色可持续发展的理念。基于此,针对大型异步电动机的通风散热优化设计进行分析和探讨。 With the continuous development of motor manufacturing technology,the structure of motor is more and more complex,and it is developing towards large-scale direction.The heating capacity per unit volume of large motor also increases,so the requirement for motor ventilation and heat dissipation is higher.The high requirements of large asynchronous motor for ventilation and heat dissipation determine that the ventilation and heat dissipation should be optimized in the application and design process of large asynchronous motor.However,from the current optimization design of asynchronous motor,because the ventilation and heat dissipation methods of asynchronous motor can be used for reference from each other,some small enterprises do not pay attention to the optimization design of ventilation and heat dissipation in the process of developing large asynchronous motor,which leads to the imperfection of ventilation and heat dissipation of large asynchronous motor,And it exists for a long time in the industry,which not only restricts the improvement of the efficiency of asynchronous motor,but also fails to implement the concept of green sustainable development.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the ventilation and heat dissipation optimization design of large asynchronous motor.
