Analysis and Improvement of Excessive Oil Temperature of Hydroelectric Governor

调速器油箱的油温维持在正常范围内是发电机安全可靠运行的关键。本文结合实际案例,分析了西溪2#水轮发电机组的调速器油箱油温过高现象,选用YSPG-100冷却器进行水冷冷却,最终通过了试验验证并消除了机组运行隐患。

Maintaining the oil temperature of the governor oil tank within the normal range is the key to the safe and reliable operation of the generator.Based on actual cases,this paper analyzes the overheating of the governor oil tank of the Xixi 2#hydro-generator unit,and selects the YSPG-100 cooler is for water-cooled cooling,which finally passes the test verification and eliminates the hidden danger of unit operation.
