受制于矿井开采煤层的不断变化及市场的不稳定性,新集二矿选煤厂入厂原煤煤质和产品预期煤质要求波动频繁,给选煤厂洗选煤工艺选择和矿井经济效益带来的负面影响较大。本文对新集二矿选煤厂煤炭洗选及其在均衡煤质、降低入洗率方面的应用实践进行概述。

Subject to the continuous changes of coal seams and the instability of the market,the requirements of raw coal quality and product expected coal quality of Xinji No.2 Coal Preparation Plant fluctuate frequently,which has a great negative impact on the selection of coal washing process and the economic benefits of the mine.This paper summarized the coal Preparation system of Xinji No.2 Coal Preparation Plant and its application practice in balancing coal quality and reducing washing rate.
