摘要
作为高校教育工作者,学高为师,身正为范,对师德师风的要求必不可少,在一线学生工作中的高校辅导员必须要有良好的道德素质。在民办高校加强教师师德师风的建设中面对如师资力量流动性大等问题,如何通过改变相关政策和资源投入以及建立完善的师德师风考核标准及指标来改善问题,从而加强民办高校中辅导员的师德师范建设。
As an educator in colleges and universities,we should adhere to the principle that great learning makes a teacher and moral integrity makes a model.The requirement of the teachers'morality is indispensable.Counselors in colleges and universities must have a good morality in the front-line work concerning students.As we strengthen the construction of teachers'morality in private colleges and universities,we are also faced with several problems such as job mobility.Therefore,this paper aims to solve the problems by changing the relevant policies and investment of resources and establishing comprehensive standards and indicators of teachers'morality.During the process,the construction of teachers'morality of counselors will also be strengthen.
