新冠疫情对民办高校毕业生就业工作的影响及对策研究--以四川工商学院为例

Research on the Influence and Countermeasures of COVID-19 on the Employment of Graduates from Private Colleges and Universities--A Case Study of STBU

2020年爆发的新冠疫情对各行各业都产生了或多或少的影响,特别是就业市场。再加上国内外形势的冲击,民办大学应届生就业工作面临更加严峻的挑战。文章以四川工商学院为主要研究对象,通过对其近三年来毕业生就业情况进行数据分析,分析在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,四川工商学院毕业生就业工作的影响及试提出如何解决困境的建议。

After the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,all walks of life have been more or less affected especially the job market.Coupled with the impact of domestic and foreign situations,private college graduates face more severe challenges in employment.Taking Sichuan Technology and Business University as the main research object,this paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on the employment of graduates in STBU through the data analysis of the employment situation of graduates in the past three years.The ultimate goal is to propose some suggestions of solving the dilemma.
