探析融媒体语境下《华西都市报》的转型策略及建设路径

Analysis on the Transformation Strategy and Construction Path of“West China Metropolis Daily”in the Context of Media Convergence

信息技术的不断发展促使了新媒体的兴起,并对传统媒体造成了强烈冲击。文章以《华西都市报》为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法分析《华西都市报》现有的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,并对《华西都市报》在融媒体环境下的转型策略进行探究。对《华西都市报》现有的问题,从内容、技术、平台三个方面提出了一些建议,以期对报纸行业的发展提供借鉴,促使报纸行业焕发新的文化活力与市场潜力。

The continuous development of information technology has prompted the rise of new media and has had a strong impact on traditional media.This paper takes"West China Metropolis Daily"as the research object.It firstly uses SWOT analysis to analyze the existing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and risks of"West China Metropolis Daily",and then explores the transformation strategy of"West China Metropolis Daily"in the environment of media convergence.Finally,in response to the existing problems of the"West China Metropolis Daily",the paper puts forward some suggestions from the three aspects of content,technology and platform,hoping to provide a reference for the development of the newspaper industry and promote the newspaper industry to burst with new cultural vitality and market potential.
