摘要
大学生面对当前社会巨大的就业压力和学业压力,其身心健康问题值得大家深刻反思。当前大多数高校都在针对大学生的身心健康培养方面采取了一系列措施,但是往往结果却总是差强人意。有关研究表明,科学的健美健身,对大学生的心理健康发展非常有益。文章主要从分析健康和健身健美的概念入手,着重对运动系统机能、肌肉力量和肌肉耐力、内分泌系统、泌尿系统、运动能力以及人的社群能力、心智水平、精神焦虑、主观幸福感等方面的影响进行深入分析。
Undergraduates face the huge employment pressure and academic pressure in the current society,and their physical and mental health issues are worthy of deep reflection.At present,most colleges and universities have adopted a series of measures to cultivate the physical and mental health of college students,but generally the results are unsatisfactory.Relevant research shows that scientific bodybuilding is very beneficial to the mental health of college students.The article mainly starts with the analysis of the concepts of health and fitness and bodybuilding and focuses on the functions of the motor system,muscular strength and muscular endurance,endocrine system,urinary system,exercise ability,social ability,mental level,mental anxiety and subjective well-being.
