基于PLC控制的物料分类系统设计与实现

摘要 物料分类控制系统在工业制造领域中扮演着极其重要的角色,是工业控制及现代物流系统的重要组成部分,本设计能够实现对不同材质和颜色的物料进行分类处理的功能,能够广泛应用在物流配送中心、邮局、仓库等场所。本设计从自动控制理论、PLC编程技术出发,根据系统的分类要求,充分考虑软件和硬件的特点,并进行互补优化,设计出对物料分类处理的系统,本系统以PLC为控制器,结合传感器技术,气动控制技术和报警监测技术,实现对传送带上的铁质、铝质和红色物料的自动分类处理功能,系统具有自动化程度高、容易控制、运行稳定等特点,应对不同的分类对象,只需重新选择相对应的传感器即可实现功能。 Material classification control system plays an extremely important role in the field of industrial manufacturing,and it is an important part of industrial control and modern logistics system.This design can realize the function of classifying different materials and colors,and it can be widely used in logistics distribution center,post office,warehouse and other places.This design starts from the automatic control theory and PLC programming technology.According to the classification requirements of the system,this design will fully consider the characteristics of software and hardware so that complementary optimization can be carried out to design a material classification processing system.This system uses PLC as the controller,combined with sensor technology,pneumatic control technology and alarm monitoring technology,to realize automatic classification and processing of iron,aluminum and red materials on the conveyor belt.Meanwhile,the system has the characteristics of high automation,easy control and stable operation.For different classification objects,the function can be realized only by re-selecting the corresponding sensor.
