止裂孔对蒙皮裂纹应力集中的影响及在修理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为研究飞机蒙皮上止裂孔对裂纹应力集中的影响情况,建立蒙皮上裂纹和止裂孔的有限元分析模型,研究裂纹损伤的应力集中系数与止裂孔相对直径的关系。结果表明,随着止裂孔相对直径的增加,止裂孔对蒙皮应力集中的改善效果越来越好,当相对直径大于0.05时,改善效果就不太明显了。最后介绍了止裂孔在蒙皮裂纹修理中的应用方法。 In order to study the effect of stop-hole on the aircraft skin on the stress concentration of cracks,a finite element analysis model of cracks and stop-hole on the skin was established to study the relationship between the stress concentration factor of crack damage and the relative diameter of the stop-hole.The results show that with the increase of the relative diameter of the crack stop hole,the improvement effect of the crack stop hole on the skin stress concentration is better and better.When the relative diameter is greater than 0.05,the improvement effect is not obvious.Finally,the application method of crack stop hole in skin crack repair was introduced.
