摘要
某发动机使用的高温电磁气动阀最高工作温度为650℃,环境温度为250℃,这两个温度对产品的结构布局、材料的选取及电磁铁的设计和制造带来了很大的难度。本文通过流体仿真、温度场仿真,为阀体部分设计了合适的结构,保证阀体在650℃下能可靠工作。
The highest working temperature of the high-temperature solenoid pneumatic valve used by an engine is 650℃,and the ambient temperature is 250℃.These two temperatures bring great difficulties to the structure layout,material selection and the design and manufacture of the electromagnet.Through fluid simulation and temperature field simulation,this paper designed a suitable structure for the valve body to ensure that the valve body can work reliably at 650℃.
