基于遥感技术的内涝灾害监测研究

摘要 本文选取黑龙江省绥化市兰西县作为研究区域,利用环境灾害小卫星的遥感影像数据,以遥感技术作为基本支持,以自动分类和人机交互目视解译为基本提取方法,并结合实地调查,监测作物长势情况和内涝灾害的影响。根据影像数据,提取了兰西县农作物的种植情况,精度达到90%以上。同时,提取了内涝区域的分布和面积,并结合两期遥感影像数据进行对比分析,研究受到不同程度的内涝灾害的区域分布情况。 This paper selected Lanxi County,Suihua City,Heilongjiang Province as the research area,used the remote sensing image data of environmental disaster small satellite,took remote sensing technology as the basic support,took automatic classification and human-computer interactive visual interpretation as the basic extraction method,and combined with field investigation to monitor crop growth and the impact of waterlogging disaster.According to the image data,the planting situation of crops in Lanxi County was extracted,and the accuracy was more than 90%.At the same time,the distribution and area of waterlogging areas were extracted and compared with the two phases of remote sensing image data to study the regional distribution of waterlogging disasters with different degrees.
