The project land of Hubei earthquake observation and earthquake early warning instrument test base is located in the ecological bottom line area.It is necessary to demonstrate the ecological access of the project,and the necessity of project site selection is encountered in the demonstration process.Therefore,this paper studied the necessity of project location.
