摘要
近年来,我国知识产权事业不断发展,知识产权保护工作取得了历史性突破,国家的战略重心正从追求专利数量向提升专利质量转变。在此背景下,专利代理事业也实现了蓬勃发展。本文主要探讨知识产权代理机构的现状,并为其今后的发展提出相应的对策。
In recent years,with the continuous development of China's intellectual property cause,a historic breakthrough has been made in intellectual property protection.The country's strategic focus is changing from pursuing the number of patents to improving the quality of patents.In this context,patent agency has also achieved vigorous development.This paper mainly discusses the current situation of intellectual property agency,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for its future development.
