摘要
一型雷达方位驱动系统中齿轮减速电机多次出现电机尾端轴承失效和电机扫膛故障,通过计算伺服电机轴端的受力情况和支承轴承的寿命,发现在额定输出转矩下该型伺服电机的支承轴承寿命较短。本文在介绍该雷达方位驱动系统构成以及减速电机内部联接方式的基础上,提出了在减速机上增加过渡节,采用梅花联轴器联接电机,或将电机深沟球轴承原位替代为角接触球轴承的对策,提高了伺服电机支承轴承的额定寿命。
In a radar azimuth drive system,the motor tail bearing failure and the stator scrapping rotor failure occur repeatedly.It is found that the support bearing of the servo motor has a shorter life under the rated output torque by calculating the force on the servo motor shaft end and the life of the supporting bearing.Based on the composition of the radar azimuth drive system and the internal connection of the geared motor,adding a transition section to the gear reducer is proposed,and a plum blossom coupling is used to connect the motor,or the deep groove ball bearing of the motor is replaced with angular contact ball bearing,improving the rated life of the support bearing of the servo motor.
