论丹道修炼的逆与返

摘要 丹道修炼讲求顺、逆、返、还功夫,顺能生生,逆成仙圣,原始返终,还虚合道。丹道的哲学意义,在于生命本源之追寻。道生万物,道为宇宙创生本体,道法自然,生生不息,从无到有,由生至老,可谓顺着成、住、坏、空历程而下,生老病死,终至于无。故悟道体道,即在于归根复命,回归自然清静大道。丹道的修炼意义,在于性命双修,与道合一。其功夫境界,借由守中抱一、虚极静笃之无为法,以常保精气源源不绝之能量,从而导出炼精化气、炼气化神之有为法功夫,此即逆、返之道的探求与实践。修炼丹道可趋吉避凶,能养生护身,达到性命圆满,回归本体,证得“我命在我不在天”之圆足小宇宙,达到超越形神、久视长生的境界。 Dan-Dao's practice emphasizes the Kung-Fu of anterograde,retrograde,revert,and return.Anterograde regenerates life;retrograding becomes immortal;reverts to the origin,and finally returns to the void and integrates with Tao.Tao,the philosophical significance of Dan-Dao lies in the search for the origin of life.The Tao creates everything and the universe.The Tao follows nature and is endless.It grows from nothing,from birth to old.It can be said that it follows the process of formation,halt,decay,and emptying.Given that birth,aging,sickness,and death should happen,so we should enlighten,understand Tao,and at last,return to the roots and life;return to the natural and quiet Tao.The significance of the cultivation of Dan-Dao lies in the dual practice of spirit and flesh,and also in the unity of the Tao.The realm of Kung-Fu,by keeping the focus on our spirits,and being one with the universe,holding the action through inaction,will lead to the yield of fountaining energy.Later on,we resort to actual action,so as to refine essence into Qi and refine Qi into the spirit.This is the practice of revert and return.Practicing Dan-Dao helps us to avoid evil,maintain health and protect our body;achieve complete life;return to noumenon,and prove that we are the masters of our own destiny,so we can fulfill our inner body;reach the realm of transcending the form and god to see longevity.
