摘要
为了研究平面薄壁件在铣削路径上各点动态特性的变化规律,基于模态理论与实验,建立了可考虑铣削路径的平面薄壁件动态特性预测模型。研究结果表明:该模型可有效评估平面薄壁件时变切削点上的传递函数;铣削路径对切削点上的频率、阻尼、留数的实部和虚部有显著影响;考虑上述方法,只需考虑平面薄壁件的前二阶模态,即可对薄壁件上各切削点动态特性进行有效评估。该研究可为薄壁件切削动态评估和切削过程铣削稳定性建模等工作提供一定的参考。
In an attempt to study the change pattern of the dynamic characteristics of the flat thin-walled parts on the milling path,a prediction model of the dynamic characteristics of the flat thin-walled parts that considers the milling path is established based on the modal theory and experiments.The results show that the model can effectively evaluate the transfer function at the time-varying cutting point of a thin-walled flat part,that the milling path has a significant effect on the frequency,damping,and the real and imaginary parts of the residue at the cutting point,and that considering the above method,the dynamic characteristics of each cutting point on a thin-walled part can be effectively evaluated by considering only the first two orders of modalities of the flat thin-walled part.The study provides a good reference for the evaluation of the cutting dynamics of thin-walled parts and the modeling of milling stability during the cutting process.
