摘要
设计了一种U形微带线馈电的毫米波圆柱形介质谐振器天线,该天线将圆柱形介质谐振器嵌入到具有缺陷地结构的介质基板中,所设计的天线谐振频率为42.5 GHz,工作频段为41.8~43.4 GHz,阻抗相对带宽为3.76%,方向图最大增益为7.4 dBi。通过调节缺陷地结构的尺寸,可实现天线性能的优化。该天线工作在毫米波频段,可应用在智慧城市以及5G基站的建设中。
A millimeter-wave cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna with U-shaped microstrip line feed is designed.The antenna embedded a cylindrical dielectric resonator into a dielectric substrate with a defective ground structure.The resonant frequency of the antenna is 42.5 GHz,the operating band is 41.8~43.4 GHz,the impedance relative bandwidth is 3.76%,and the maximum gain of the directional map is 7.4 dBi.The optimization of antenna performance can be achieved by adjusting the size of the defective ground structure.The antenna works in the millimeter-wave band and can be applied in the construction of smart city and 5G base station.
