面向大学生综合素质的人才服务及评测系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of a talent service and evaluation system for college students′comprehensive quality

针对大学生综合素质的人工测评效率较低且容易出错的问题,提出了基于Java技术构建面向大学生综合素质的人才服务及评测系统。利用Servlet+JSP+JavaBean的MVC模式进行系统开发,对学生的综合素质评测和就业服务工作进行智能信息化处理。通过对学生在校期间的思想修养、专业学习、创新实践和社团活动等方面成绩、奖项进行跟踪、统计和分析,结合层次分析法、测评指标和数据分析技术,形成综合性、个性化的电子档案,并出具人才测评和就业的分析报告。测试结果表明:该系统能够实现大学生人才素质的自我认识和完善,同时为高校学生管理工作提供方便快捷计算的目标。

To address problem of inefficiency and fallibility in subjective manual assessment of comprehensive quality assessment for college students,a talent service and evaluation application system for college students′comprehensive quality is developed using the MVC pattern of Servlet+JSP+JavaBean.The students′comprehensive quality assessment and employment services were informatized.Combining with analytic hierarchy process,evaluation indicator and data analysis technique,comprehensive and personalized electronic archives were formed by tracking and analyzing statistically students′achievement awards in school,such as ideological cultivation,professional learning,innovative practice and club activity.Talent evaluation and employment analysis report can be generated in this system.The test result shows that the system can help college students realize self-knowledge and improvement of their comprehensive quality and provide convenient computation for the student administration.
