湛江地区凡纳滨对虾肝肠胞虫检出实例分析 被引量:1

摘要 对虾肝肠胞虫对我国对虾养殖业具有极大影响,为了解肝肠胞虫感染与养殖水体环境的关系,研究选取了湛江地区凡纳滨对虾养殖场两口高位池和两口低位池,在放苗初期对池塘水体理化因子进行了一周的监测,并采集了不同养殖场的小虾进行肝肠胞虫巢式PCR检测。结果表明,采集的样品均为阳性,水质理化数据在不同养殖模式下具有显著差异,后续还需进行大量的试验调查才能进一步了解肝肠胞虫的流行病学情况。该病与其他疫病综合感染率较高,国内已有多例该病的报道,将该病列入我国动物疫病病种名录并制定相关的检测标准具有重要意义。 In order to understand the relationship between EHP infection and aquacultural environment,4 Pacific white shrimp(Penaeus vannamei)culture intensive ponds in Zhanjiang were selected to monitored the physical and chemical factors for a week at the initial feeding stage,and we used nested-PCR to detect EHP for the Penaeus vanmamei samples which collected from different ponds in the last monitored day,as Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP)have a great influence on shrimp culture in China.Results showed that all samples were EHP positive.The physical and chemical data were significantly different in different culture modes,and a large number of subsequent experimental investigations are needed to further understand the epidemiology of EHP.As comprehensive infection rate is relatively high between EHP and other diseases and many cases of this disease were reported in China,it will be of great significance to list EHP as quarantine disease and to formulate corresponding testing standards in our country.
