摘要
在智能技术蓬勃发展的过程中,基于智能控制理论的遗传算法既具有非线性特点,也可并行处理,有利于生产调度的科学开展,也可对生产线排产调度进行优化。基于此,文章将从生产工艺及排产流程的阐述入手,通过优化调度问题模型的分析,进一步提出遗传算法这种智能技术在生产调度及优化排产中的具体运用。
In the process of the vigorous development of intelligent technology,genetic algorithm based on intelligent control theory has nonlinear characteristics,but also can be parallel processing,which is conducive to scientific development of production scheduling,but also can optimize the production line scheduling.Based on this,the paper will start from the production process and scheduling process,through the analysis of optimization scheduling problem model,and further put forward the specific application of genetic algorithm in the intelligent technology of production scheduling and optimization scheduling.
