摘要 本文以处理国内某乘用车变速箱附近啸叫异响问题为例,详细介绍了解决汽车NVH问题每一个阶段的工作内容、方法及重点注意事项。通过有效地解决车辆变速箱附近啸叫异响问题,为今后解决类似汽车NVH问题,提供了直接的参考。 In this paper,the work content,methods and key points of solving the NVH problem at each stage are introduced in detail by taking the case of dealing with the squeak noise near the gearbox of a domestic passenger car as an example.By effectively solving the problem of squeak and abnormal noise near the vehicle gearbox,it provides a direct reference for solving similar vehicle NVH problems in the future.
