商用航空发动机批产试车数字化检验系统展望

摘要 在航空发动机的研制、制造及大修维护等过程中,均需开展发动机试车,其主要目的是检验其性能及可靠性。当前,在商用航空发动机的研制工作中,针对科研试验过程的数字化技术应用已呈蓬勃之势,但对于批产试车,目前虽有零星探索,但总体仍为空白。基于此,本文展望商用航空发动机批产试车数字化检验系统,以期可以在未来能够有效提升航空发动机试车检验水平,为航空发动机智能制造战略的落实提供助力。 In the process of aero-engine development,manufacturing,and overhaul and maintenance,engine test runs are required,the main purpose of which is to test its performance and reliability.At present,in the research and development of commercial aeroengines,the application of digital technology for the scientific research and test process has shown a vigorous trend.However,although there are sporadic explorations for batch production and test runs,the overall situation is still blank.Based on this,this article looks forward to the digital inspection system for commercial aero-engine batch production test runs,in order to effectively improve the level of aero-engine test runs in the future,and provide assistance for the implementation of the aero-engine intelligent manufacturing strategy.
