摘要 汽车车身焊接质量是提升汽车制造品质的关键环节,焊接机器人在焊接制造过程中发挥重要作用,通过PLC控制器对焊接机器人进行有效控制,以提升汽车焊接质量具有重要的实践意义和应用价值。文章以西门子的1200PLC为控制核心,对汽车白车身焊接的控制平台、焊接轨迹进场远程控制,以西门子KP1500触摸屏和DELL工控机为HMI界面为操作平台。通过对白车身焊接控制系统设计、控制系统硬件配置、焊接操作软件设计实现焊接系统精确、稳定、高效控制。所述控制系统提升了白车身焊接效率、焊接质量和自动化水平,降低了人工工作,保证了焊接质量,具有一定的实践意义。 The welding quality of automobile body is the key link to improve the quality of automobile manufacturing.The welding robot plays an important role in the welding manufacturing process.It has important practical significance and application value to effectively control the welding robot through PLC controller in order to improve the automobile welding quality.The system takes Siemens 1200plc as the control core to remotely control the control platform and welding track of automobile body in white welding.The system takes Siemens kp1500 touch screen and Dell industrial computer as HMI interface and operation platform.Through the design of BIW Welding Control System,control system hardware configuration and welding operation software,the accurate,stable and efficient control of welding system is realized.The control system improves the welding efficiency,welding quality and automation level of BIW,reduces manual work,ensures welding quality,and has certain practical significance.
