校企合作模式下《汽车维护与保养》教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of the Couse of Automobile Preserve and Maintenance under School-enterprise Cooperation Mode

随着汽车数量越来越多,车主越来越重视汽车的维护与保养,企业和车主对汽车维护和保养人员的能力要求也越来越高。但是目前《汽车维护与保养》课程体系设置、教学内容始终落后于企业生产实践的要求,培养的学生能力与行业发展、企业用人等方面还存在较大差距。虽然前期也进行过课程教学改革,但由于各种原因,改革的效果不理想。本课题旨在利用校企合作资源,将企业实际工作流程和岗位职责引入课程实践教学内容中,让学生提前了解和接近企业实际,满足企业用人真正需求。

With the increasing number of cars,car owners pay more and more attention to automobile preserve and maintenance.At the same time,enterprises and car owners have higher and higher requirements for the ability of car maintenance personnel.However,the current Automobile Preserve and Maintenance curriculum system and teaching content have always lagged behind the requirements of enterprise production practice.There is still a big gap between the ability of students and the development of industry and the employment of enterprises.Although the early teaching reform has been carried out,the effect of the reform is not ideal due to various reasons.This topic aims to use the school enterprise cooperation resources to introduce the actual work process and post responsibilities of enterprises into the course practice teaching content,so that students can understand and approach the reality of enterprises in advance to meet the real needs of enterprise employment.
