梅山细粒湿尾特性及资源化利用研究

Study on Fine Grain Wet Tailings Characteristics of Meishan and Discussion on Its Resource Utilization

为了尾矿资源化,针对梅山细粒尾矿铁品位高、微细粒多、浓缩脱水难等问题,在细粒尾矿物理化学特性研究的基础上,开展了细粒尾矿在线提取机制砂工艺和用作水泥铁质校正剂的试验研究。研究结果表明:梅山铁尾矿配料与铁粉配料作水泥铁质校正剂烧制的水泥熟料主要矿物均为C_(3)S、C_(2)S、C_(3)A、C_(4)AF等,掺入量3.0%~6.0%;用尾矿配料烧制的熟料中C_(3)S及硅酸盐矿物含量较高,性能优于铁粉配料制成的熟料,其28 d抗压强度约提高3.9 MPa;尾矿所配的生料易烧性好,平均烧成温度可降低约50℃,节能降本效果显著;采用旋流器+细筛工艺能够在线提取到细度模数为1.407的机制特细砂,其压碎值、磨光值、坚固性等力学性能指标均满足集料的技术要求。

In view of the problems of high iron grade,many fine particles and difficult concentration and dehydration of Meishan fine tailings,the physical and chemical characteristics of fine tailings were deeply studied.Experimental research on the online extraction process of machine-made sand from fine tailings and its use as cement iron corrector were carried out.The research shows that the main minerals of cement clinker with Meishan iron tailings and iron powder as cement iron corrector are C_(3)S、C_(2)S、C_(3)A、C_(4)AF etc.,and the mixing amount is about 3.0%~6.0%.The content of C3S and silicate minerals in the clinker with tailings is higher,and its performance is better than that of the clinker made with iron powder.Its 28 days compressive strength is increased by about 3.9MPa.The raw meal prepared by tailings has good burnability,and the average firing temperature can be reduced by about 50℃,which has obvious energy saving and cost reduction effect.The machine-made ultra-fine sand with fineness modulus of 1.407 can be extracted online by using cyclone+fine screen process,and its crushing value,polishing value,firmness and other mechanical property indexes meet the technical requirements of aggregate.
