球径半理论公式在粒化高炉矿渣干法球磨中的运用

摘要 为提高粒化高炉矿渣干法粉磨效率,针对粒化高炉矿渣与球磨介质级配粉磨匹配性的问题,以重钢粒化高炉矿渣为研究对象,通过段氏球径半理论公式设计其球磨级配,通过试验室不连续干法磨矿作业方法,对各初装球方案的粉磨差异性进行研究。试验结果表明:理论计算得到的初装球方案ϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30:ϕ20×25=10∶10∶20∶20∶25∶15,粉磨时间15~45 min时,其磨矿动力学方程为R=R_(0)e^(-0.0209t^(1.1585));结合理论球径偏小方案ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30∶ϕ20×25=5∶20∶30∶25∶20及理论球径偏大方案ϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30=15∶20∶25∶20∶20,对比JC/T 667—2004标准推荐方案ϕ70∶ϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ25×30=12∶20∶18∶10∶40,理论方案粉磨效率最高,以S95矿粉≥400 m^(2)/kg比表面积为标准,能够缩短粉磨时间25%~30%,证实了段氏球径半理论公式在粒化高炉矿渣干法球磨中运用的可行性。 In order to improve the efficiency of dry grinding of granulated blast furnace slag,aiming at the problem of the matching of granulated blast furnace slag and ball milling medium grading grinding.Taking the Chongqing steel granulated blast furnace slag as the research object,the ball milling gradation is designed through Duan’s ball diameter semitheory formula,and the initial ball charging plan is determined.Using the laboratory discontinuous dry grinding operation method,combined with the grinding dynamics analysis,the grinding difference of each initial ball loading plan is studied,it is verified that Duan’s ball diameter semitheory formula is used in the granulated blast furnace slag dry ball milling feasibility.The results show that the initial ball-loading plan obtained by theoretical calculation isϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30∶ϕ20×25=10∶10∶20∶20∶25∶15,and the grinding time is 15~45 min.The grinding kinetic equation is:R=R_(0)e^(-0.0209 t^(1.1585));combining the theoretical spherical diameter smaller schemeϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30∶ϕ20×25=5∶20∶30∶25∶20 and the theoretical spherical diameter larger schemeϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ30∶ϕ25×30=15∶20∶25∶20∶20,compare with JC/T 667-2004 standard recommended schemeϕ70∶ϕ60∶ϕ50∶ϕ40∶ϕ25×30=12∶20∶18∶10∶40,theory plan has the highest grinding efficiency.With the specific surface area of S95 ore powder≥400 m2/kg as the standard,it can shorten the grinding time by 25%to 30%.The feasibility of Duan's ball diameter semi-theoretical formula in dry ball milling of granulated blast furnace slag is verified.
