预应力锚索在研山铁矿边坡治理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 高陡露天矿山最终边坡形成后,在风雨侵蚀及地下渗水作用下,部分区域稳定性逐渐降低,易发生边坡事故。为保证露天矿山职工的生命财产安全及企业的稳定生产,提出对局部滑坡位置进行稳定性治理。通过采用锚网喷浆+预应力锚杆技术对边坡灾变位置进行治理,同时对支护数据进行定期分析。发现在汛期时,锚索所受到的应力变化幅度较大,雨季过后,应力值均出现不同程度弹性回落,未出现边坡失稳前兆,自护体系有效地保障了边坡稳定性。实践结果为同类矿山的边坡治理提供了借鉴意义。 After the final slope of the high-steep open-pit mine is formed,the stability of some regions is gradually reduced under the action of wind and rain erosion and underground water seepage,which is prone to slope accidents.In order to ensure the safety of life and property of open-pit mine workers and the stable production of enterprises,the stability control of local landslide location is proposed.By using the anchor net grouting and prestressed anchor technology to control the slope disaster position,and the support data are regularly analyzed.It is found that in the flood season,the stress of the anchor cable changes greatly.After the rainy season,the stress values have different degrees of elastic decline,and there is no precursor to slope instability.The self-protection system effectively guarantees the stability of the slope.The practice results provide a reference for the slope treatment of similar mines.
