摘要
某油建公司一座高耗能、高污染的燃气供暖烟囱急需拆建升级。结合倒塌空间狭小、保护对象近距离分布等复杂环境,合理确定定向倒塌方案与针对性安全防护措施。通过充分考察烟囱本体结构与力学特点,科学计算爆破切口参数,缜密校核爆破有害效应,最终,烟囱倒塌位置准确,未造成安全事故,取得了良好的爆破效果,可以为类似工程提供有益的参考。
A gas heating chimney with high energy consumption and high pollution in an oil construction company urgently needs to be demolished and upgraded.Combined with the complex environment such as the narrow collapse space and the close distribution of the protected objects,the directional collapse plan and targeted safety protection measures are reasonably determined.By fully investigating the chimney body structure and mechanical characteristics,scientifically calculating blasting cut parameters,carefully checking the harmful effects of blasting,in the end,the position of the chimney collapsed was accurate,no safety accident was caused,and a good blasting effect was achieved,which can provide a useful reference for similar projects.
