安徽某低品位硫化铜矿石选矿工艺连选试验研究

摘要 安徽某铜矿石为低品位斑岩铜矿,为确定合理的选矿工艺流程,在小型试验的基础上进行了1粗3精2扫流程、二步法选铜流程、二步法选铜优化流程以及二步法选铜+中矿再磨优化流程4种不同工艺的连选试验,最终确定浮选工艺为1粗3精2扫原则流程。连选试验最终获得的铜精矿含铜17.11%,铜回收率87.43%;铜精矿中的金、银含量分别为10.48g/t和54.30g/t,金、银回收率分别为70.66%和23.35%;该工艺流程结构简单稳定,对矿石性质适应性强,能最大限度地提高矿产资源利用率,实现矿山效益最大化。 In order to determine a reasonable beneficiation processing process for a low-grade porphyry copper ore in Anhui,a reasonable beneficiation process has been determined on the basis of small scale experiments and four different process structures were carried out,which are one-roughing three cleaning two-scavenging process,two-step copper selection process,two-step copper selection optimization process,and two-step copper selection+middle ore regrind optimization process.The best mineral processing of the continuous separation is one-roughing three-cleaning two-scavenging process,which raw ore of 0.409%Cu,resulting in a copper concentrate grade is 17.11%,and the copper recovery rate is 87.43%;the copper concentrate contains 10.48 g/t of gold and 54.30 g/t of silver.The gold and silver recovery rates are respectively 70.66%and 23.35%.The continuous separation process flow is of stable structure,strong adaptability to ore properties,which will maximize the utilization rate of mineral resources and realize the maximum benefit of mine.
