摘要
蒙古国某磁铁精矿含硫较高,为了提质降硫进行了脱硫试验研究。试验采用磨矿+反浮选+磁选工艺,主要考察了磨矿细度、活化剂种类及用量、捕收剂等对浮选指标的影响。试验结果表明:采用磨矿+反浮选+磁选工艺可获得铁精矿产率86.91%、全铁品位69.14%、全铁回收率90.75%的铁精矿,铁精矿含硫0.35%,硫含量降低到0.5%以下,达到了提质降硫的目的。
A magnetite concentrate in Mongolia has high sulfur content.In order to improve the quality and reduce sulfur,desulfurization experiment was carried out.The process of grinding+reverse flotation+magnetic separation was adopted in the test.The effects of grinding fineness,activator type and dosage,collector on flotation indexes were mainly investigated.The results show that an iron concentrate with 86.91%yield,total iron grade of 69.14%and total iron recovery of 90.75%can be obtained from flotation tailings.Iron concentrate containing 0.35%sulfur and sulfur content reduced to less than 0.5%,which has achieved the purpose of improving quality and reducing sulfur.
