摘要
国内某选矿厂铁精矿硫含量较高,达1.27%,为了将含硫量降到0.30%以下达到钢铁冶炼标准,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,针对该铁精矿中含硫矿物主要为磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿,且硫化物多与铁矿物连生的特点,采用铁精矿再磨再浮脱硫工艺进行了试验。试验结果表明:当磨矿细度为-0.043 mm80%时,以C745b为捕收剂,柠檬酸为活化剂,采用反浮选方法成功地脱除了原铁精矿中的硫矿物,最终可使铁精矿硫含量降至0.27%。
The sulfur content of iron concentrate in a domestic concentrator is relatively high,reaching 1.27%.In order to meet the steel smelting standard,it is now required to reduce the sulfur content to less than 0.3%.For this reason,on the basis of the technological mineralogy research,the iron concentrate is mainly composed of pyrrhotite and pyrite,and the sulfide is connected with iron minerals.The test of the desulfurization process of ore regrinding and flotation showed that when the grinding fineness-0.043mm accounted for 80%,using C745b as the collector and citric acid as the activator,the reverse flotation method was successfully used to remove the sulfur minerals in the original iron concentrate,and the sulfur content of the iron concentrate was reduced to 0.27%.
