摘要
司家营研山铁矿使用的WK-20型挖掘机推压机构磨损过快,使用寿命短。为提高机构使用寿命,降低成本投入,制定了推压小齿轮和斗杆齿条改进方案,并对其中一种方案进行试验。通过试验对比,证明改进方案达到了提高推压小齿轮和斗杆齿条的使用寿命、降低成本投入和提升生产效率的目的。
The pushing mechanism of WK-20 excavator used in Sijiaying Yanshan Iron Mine wears too fast and has a short service life.In order to improve the service life of the mechanism and reduce the cost input,the improvement plan of the push pinion and the stick rack was developed,and one of the plans was tested.Through experimental comparison,it is proved that the improved scheme achieves the purpose of increasing the service life of the push pinion and the stick rack,reducing the cost input and improving the production efficiency.
