摘要
目前煤矿岩巷长线巷道普遍采用综合机械化施工,综掘机在截割岩石时产生大量粉尘,威胁现场施工人员的生命健康。施工现场配置的湿式除尘风机不能起到有效的除尘作用。为让除尘设备发挥到最高效,通过在施工现场的不断探索和实践,总结出了一套可以借鉴的迈步式放风、调风法。经过现场应用测试,现场的粉尘浓度下降90%以上,极大地改善了施工环境。
At present,comprehensive mechanized construction is generally adopted for long-line roadways in coal mines.The comprehensive digging machine generates a large amount of dust when cutting rocks,which threatens the life and health of construction personnel on site.The wet dust removal fan at the construction site cannot effectively remove dust.In order to allow the dust removal equipment to achieve the most efficient,through continuous exploration and practice at the construction site,a set of step-by-step ventilation and air adjustment methods that can be used for reference have been summed up.After the field application test,the dust concentration on the site is reduced by more than 90%after using this method,which greatly improves the construction environment.
