摘要 主要针对海上SZ36-1油田注水指标调整问题,室内完成了注入水与不同化学驱体系采出地层水的配伍性评价,并且通过不同悬浮物的粒径中值、悬浮物浓度以及水中含油等单因素岩心伤害实验和综合水质指标的岩心伤害实验,对SZ36-1油田储层的注水指标进行了优化筛选,通过天然岩心伤害实验对筛选的综合水质指标进行了验证。实验结果表明在加入防垢药剂情况下,注入水与各类化学驱产出地层水具有较好的配伍性。以30%岩心渗透率伤害率为标准,SZ36-1油田储层可接受的注水指标为:悬浮物浓度小于15 mg/L,含油量小于40 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值小于4μm。 In view of the adjustment of water injection indexes of different reservoirs in offshore SZ36-1 oilfield,the compatibility evaluation of injected water and formation water produced by different chemical flooding systems was completed in laboratory.The water injection indexes of SZ36-1 oilfield were evaluated through single factor simulation experiment of core damage caused by median particle size of suspended solids,concentration of suspended solids and oil content,and core damage experiment of comprehensive water quality indexes.The comprehensive water quality index was verified by natural core damage experiment.The experimental results show that the injection water has a good compatibility with various kinds of formation water produced by chemical flooding under the condition of adding scale inhibitor.Taking 30%core permeability damage rate as the standard,the acceptable water injection indexes of SZ36-1 oilfield are as follows,the concentration of suspended solids is less than 15 mg/L,the oil content is less than 40 mg/L,and the median particle size of suspended solids is less than 4μm.
