摘要
本文根据标准SY/T 6717-2016《油管和套管内涂层技术条件》的要求,介绍了油管防蜡熔结环氧涂层的配方原理,采用DSC研究其反应过程机理,主要探讨了防蜡效果的影响因素。
In this paper,based on the needs of SY/T 6717-2016"Specification of internal coating for tubing and casing",it introduced the low-temperature fusion bonded epoxy powder coating formulation principle,studies the mechanism of its reaction process.The influence on theΔH was discussed by epoxy,filling and curing agent.
