渤海油田疏松砂岩压裂起裂参数影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过开展室内人造疏松砂岩岩石物模实验,研究了压裂后裂缝形态并结合注入压力曲线定性分析了泵注排量、压裂液黏度、岩心渗透率及暂堵剂等对疏松砂岩裂缝起裂的影响规律。针对渤海高渗疏松砂岩,选用适中的压裂液黏度及排量,容易起裂形成规则的深穿透裂缝,加入暂堵剂后,有利于促进裂缝开裂。研究结果为渤海高渗砂岩储层压裂解堵的工艺参数设计提供了借鉴。 This paper studies the fracture morphology after fracturing and qualitatively analyzes the effects of pumping rate,fracturing fluid viscosity,core permeability and temporary plugging agent on the fracture initiation of unconsolidated sandstone by conducting laboratory rock mechanics experiments of artificial unconsolidated sandstone.Aiming at the unporous sandstone with high permeability in Bohai Sea,moderate fracturing fluid viscosity and displacement can easily initiate cracking and form regular deep penetrating fractures,and temporary plugging agent can be used to promote fracture cracking.The research results can be used as a reference for the design of the technical parameters of the high-pressure fracturing plugging in the Bohai high-permeability sandstone reservoir.
