粤港澳大湾区高校学生交流的现状、困境与对策

The Current Situation,Difficulties and Countermeasures of University Student Exchange in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳三地高校学生的合作和交流是建设粤港澳大湾区、打造大湾区教育和人才高地必不可少的一环。国家及粤港澳三地政府已出台一系列政策和计划来推动三地相互招生、联合培养、师生交流、文化交流、实习交流和创新创业交流,增进三地高校学生的相互理解、文化认同和国家认同。从粤港澳高校学生交流的现状进行分析,厘清高校学生交流过程中遇到的困境,提出完善粤港澳高校学生交流的制度和法律体系,以及促进学生“双向交流”、丰富学生交流体系和加强高校学生文化认同等针对性对策。

The cooperation and exchange among university students from Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is an indispensable link in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay and of the education and talent highland of the Greater Bay Area.The state and the governments of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao have introduced a series of policies and plans aiming at promoting mutual enrollments,joint trainings,teacher-student exchanges,cultural exchanges,internship exchanges and innovation and entrepreneurship exchanges among university students from Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,so as to enhance mutual understanding,cultural identification and national identification among university students from the three areas.The current situation of university student exchange in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao is analyzed,the difficulties encountered in the process of university student exchange are clarified,and the countermeasures,such as improving the university student exchange system and legal system in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,promoting the“two-way exchange”of students,enriching the student exchange system and strengthening the cultural identification of university students,are proposed.
