医用熔喷/水刺非织造材料的热复合工艺及其液体非对称传输性能 被引量:2

Thermal Composite Process of Medical Melt Blowing/Spunlace Nonwovens and Its Liquid Asymmetric Transport Performance

摘要 以聚乳酸(PLA)熔喷非织造材料和粘胶水刺非织造材料为基材,通过热复合工艺制备医用熔喷/水刺非织造材料。探究不同热复合工艺(热复合温度、热复合压力和热复合速度)对熔喷/粘胶水刺非织造材料形态结构、力学性能和液体非对称传输性能的影响规律。结果表明,不同纤网结构(孔隙结构和纤维直径)的差异实现熔喷/水刺非织造材料的液体非对称传输特性;当复合温度为130℃,热复合压力0.52 MPa和热复合速度2.5 m/min时,复合材料纵、横向强度达到145.07 N/5 cm和34.77 N/5 cm,单向液体传输指数为9.46,为新型可降解敷料的开发与应用提供新思路和案例。 Based on polylactic acid(PLA)melt blowing nonwovens and viscose spunlace nonwovens,the melt blowing/spunlace nonwovens were prepared by the thermal composite process.The influence of different thermal compounding processes(thermal compounding temperature,thermal compounding pressure and thermal compounding speed)on the morphological struc-ture,mechanical properties and liquid asymmetric transport properties of melt blowing/viscose spunlace nonwovens were explored.The results show that:the liquid asymmetric transmission characteristics of melt blowing/spunlace nonwovens are realized the dif-ference of different fiber network structures(pore structure and fiber diameter).In addition,when the composite process temperature is 130℃,the thermal composite pressure is 0.52 MPa and the thermal composite speed is 2.5 m/min,the composite material has the best mechanical properties,and the longitudinal and lateral strengths reach 145.07 N/5 cm and 34.77 N/5 cm,and the unidi-rectional liquid transmission index is 9.46.From the above,these provide new ideas and cases for the development and application of new degradable dressings.
